Final sale

Hello Hello Video is a digital product delivered immediately after payment. Because of that, all sales are final and there are no refunds.

Before paying, you tick a box confirming you understand access is immediate and that you waive your right of withdrawal and any refund.

If anything goes wrong with access or downloads, email info@hellohello.nz and we will fix it.

A chargeback requested from your bank cancels access to the product and to updates.

Cancelling the subscription stops the next renewal. The period already paid is not refunded, and you keep the last released version.
