Who sells it

Hello Hello Video is made by Hello Hello Marketing Ltd, a New Zealand company. Contact: info@hellohello.nz.

Payments are processed by Paddle.com, the official reseller (Merchant of Record) of the product. Paddle handles billing, taxes and invoices, and appears on your card statement.

What you buy

Updates (optional)

Right after purchase you can add 12 months of updates: skill improvements and new styles. The subscription renews automatically once a year (US$ 27 or R$ 94) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from the members area or from Paddle's billing email. When you cancel, you keep the last version released during your subscription.

This is a digital product delivered instantly. Before paying, you tick a box confirming you understand this and waive your right of withdrawal and any refund. See the Refund Policy.

Use

Use of the skill follows the License. You need Claude Code or Codex, on your own plan. Third-party services the skill may use (for example voice or image generation) are contracted and paid for by you.

Liability

The skill is provided as is. We do our best to make it work well, but results depend on the AI agent, your computer and the material you use. Our liability is limited to the amount paid.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand, without prejudice to the consumer rights the law of your country grants you.
